SEM Genopole provided 2,150 sq ft of fully equipped, fully operational custom office and laboratory space for Global Bioenergies. This enabled Global Bioenergies to get up and running more quickly, while keeping real estate costs down and investing instead in its core business and projects.
Having outgrown the company's previous premises, New England Biolabs asked SEM Genopole to fit out and configure a new space that could accommodate them on the same site. SEM Genopole set out a construction and development program and a construction schedule, which was approved by NEB. It then supervised and coordinated construction to ensure that the project stayed on schedule and within budget.
Yposkesi decided to take advantage of SEM Genopole’s complete range of real estate resources. The company chose Building 7, which offers shared equipment and services managed by SEM Genopole. It also made some specific alterations to fit the premises to their needs.
