This enabled Global Bioenergies to get up and running more quickly, while keeping real estate costs down and investing instead in its core business and projects.
The company now occupies around 23,600 sq ft of office and laboratory space.

YposKesi manufactures contract gene, cellular and tissue therapy products (preclinical and clinical batches).
The company has developed innovative production and quality control methods in the field of gene, cellular and tissue therapy.
Yposkesi is planning to invest in two more buildings as part of its strategy to expand its production capabilities :
– A dedicated building for cellular/tissue therapy and ex-vivo gene therapy (preclinical and clinical batches in 2018)

Originally a co-operative laboratory of experienced scientists founded in the 1970s, New England Biolabs (NEB) is a private American company based in Ipswich, Massachusetts. NEB has 8 subsidiaries including NEB France, which has been based at Genopole since May 2011.

How were we able to support their scientific activities ?
Having outgrown the company’s previous premises, New England Biolabs asked SEM Genopole to fit out and configure a new space that could accommodate them on the same site.
SEM Genopole set out a construction and development program and a construction schedule, which was approved by NEB. It then supervised and coordinated construction to ensure that the project stayed on schedule and within budget.
